Instead of one-size-fits-all rules, we listen to what your body is actually telling you — symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep, brain fog, gut trouble, or hormone shifts — and respond with targeted, practical support.
Tools like my Nutrition Assessment Questionnaire, Food + Mood Journal Review, and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) help uncover what’s really going on in your body — mineral deficiencies and imbalances, blood sugar dysregulation, under-eating, digestion issues, and chronic stress load.
From there we work together to create a simple, real-life plan that includes food guidance, meal ideas, stress and sleep strategies, supplement recommendations where necessary for boosting energy and mood, and follow-up sessions to track progress.
How We’ll Work Together
1. Comprehensive Intake + Deep Dive
You’ll complete a detailed Health Intake, Nutrition Assessment, and Food Journal. Then we meet for a to review your patterns, clarify your goals, and identify what’s been holding you back. You’ll leave this session with clear, simple action steps you can begin right away.
2. Baseline Testing
I usually recommend Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and/or other labs when appropriate. Testing helps us see what’s really going on in your body: nutrient deficiencies, mineral imbalances, digestive strain, stress markers, blood sugar dysregulation, and more. This helps connect the dots between what you’re feeling and why.
3. Results Review
Once your results come in, we identify your key imbalances, how they affect your energy, mood, metabolism, and gut, and outline the priorities to focus on next so you can rebuild the energy, focus, and emotional bandwidth that let you show up fully at work and at home
4. Personalized Protocol
You’ll receive a tailored plan with:
